Great place to shop. The store is very clean and organized. The employees are nice and helpful. Great deals to shop for baby's and toddlers. I purchased an item online for instore pick up and it was fast and friendly.

I had an amazing experience here. This one young lady was a great help, the name on her name tag was Kierra. She was very knowledgeable and offered great customer service. She even took the time to personally pick out and outfit for my sisters baby shower. We need more associates like these!

Hard to find sizes and variety of clothes at Carter's. Also always very expensive. Easier to shop Carter's clothes from Amazon for a much better price. Personal experience- $16 jumpsuit found for $7 at Marshalls and a set of 3 for ~$18 on Amazon during early access sale.

If a store is going to offer curbside pickup and require you to call the store when you arrive, they need to actually ANSWER the phone!! It wasn’t busy inside (as I found out when I was forced to go inside to pick up my order) so there’s no reason why an employee couldn’t answer when I called several times in over 10 min. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, I really did. I don’t mind waiting in my car if need be to get my order, but when you don’t even allow me that when offering curbside service, your customer service could use improvement.

This store always full of quality and good items but the customer service is in Zero!! They need to have a good attitude and its 2019 not old days. They must learn that people coming here not because of the goods but also to feel comfortable and relax while shopping. I have been visiting this store for along time but they dont improve their behavior or customer service.

Carter's and Oshkosh are my go to place for baby gifts and kid clothes. Why they stopped carrying gift bags is a mystery. Need more dresses for Toddlers. What they had was beautiful, but I bought all 2 styles.

We usually buy Carter's clothes online, but had a pajama emergency and headed to the store. The staff were helpful and kind and seemed to genuinely like kids. The store itself was well laid out and organized, and it was easy to find what we needed.

Carters itself offers excellent prices but on this particular visit to the Falls Church location there was a huge line and a crying baby (I do not mind this at all I have a baby myself) and the person in charge I’m assuming the manager (as she had override authority) did not even attempt to help the mother with the baby, instead she would enter her code and disappear (twice if we are counting) mind you there were about 5 people in front of me trying to pay. What an awful experience and lack of sympathy from the ”manager”, let’s try to use common sense and help a mother out, it’s not too hard!

Nice store. Friendly and helpful staff. They are always happy to order sizes you can’t find in store and have them shipped. I do wish the store had more room between racks. It’s sometimes difficult to navigate with a stroller.
